I asked a mod he said this exact thing:
Its around 10m. Before the Reset the price was somewhat 1b... Its not counted as a rare anymore.
So i advise that you:
KEEP IT.. It will turn rare... Its like one of the two pirate hats in the server...
I sold too you... I had gotten off of a clue scroll.. SO NVM the selling...
Keep it.. Itll turn rare.. Unless you want to sell it... Go Ahead

I had one before server screwed up and sold for bgs, vesta longsword and sara sword (bad trade then) Ill think it allready turning rare xD
