Meh. I was all for it but I gave it a day or two before I post my opinion. So now since I've seen it in action, still meh. It's very sad that those of us who buy legit when we need it and don't stack are at an inconvenience now. Mostly because I don't understand exactly all the rules after scrolling through the replies to this thread.

Why don't we just make it 5k per i.p(in terms of[SIZE=2] solving the trading issue) since people don't want to listen. Better yet, remove the shops for a week. See how motherfuckers like it then.
All in all, I think it's a minor temporary solution to a huge problem. That being the economy of SG to begin with. I'm not a genius and I'm not trying to start a war with a post, but I think something major needs to be done besides these restrictions if you hope to save the economy.[/SIZE]

Soul runes... I know for a fact I have 0. I traded my supply long ago. Can't buy, cant receive from other players. and yes i have checked my bank 100 times to make sure.
a dude also tried to drop them for me to pick up, but apparently you cant drop those o.O

There will always be cheaters on games whereever you look. i don't support it and i hate it alot but there is not a lot that you can do against ppl making multiple accounts to buy this.
