My Vote: No
Reason: All you Do Is pk / Flame / Abuse, I've seen over 4 reports of you jailing a few people for killing you in pking areas. You get upset and abuse and that isn't tolerated of a staff member.
Also, You keep saying you'll try better t o not pk, but if you had 43 Hours of active playing on your account 40 Hours is from pking, and flaming.
Just look at his name title, Still Saying hes the #1 pker, when he isn't. That is all he cares about, he even made a thread on Saying hes still #1... Your not a good staff member, and never was a good staff member.

Eh, he's played a fair amount of time... I would have thought they would have been a little more lenient on the requirements, after all I was promoted with only 3 weeks of in-game play first time round.
