Well, events and MoTW are a good way to get Imperium's name out there. People will notice us gathering and doing events, and some of those people may eventually join the clan.
Even if it's just, for example, 4 of us going to kill Corporeal Beast or something. I think the clan needs to just have a "restart" in terms of community relations and in-game events. Start small again so we can get more people joining, to eventually get back up to have event attendance of 10+ people.
On the other hand, MoTW is also a good way to do this, but I think actually reaching out to the in-game community as a clan will fare better for us.
