Just because he plays another server doesn't mean he isn't fit for the job on this server. There's no harm being done when/when not playing on another server; just keep it quiet.
My vote is yes. Every time I'm on, I see you helping somewhat. Do me a favor though - don't always help and don't always think that helping is everything in order to become a member of staff.
