Hate to bring this up, but Raf's been given so many chances, so I don't see why he can't be considered.

I doubt I'll be giving second chances to such high risk players.

As I thought, but it's still the 4th time. I think he's a cool guy and I'm grateful that he's done something as important as that, but it's still quite a number of chances.

Rafee didn't abuse mod tho.
He duped and kept the items for himself and got demoted for that.
Kane jailed some kid who killed him so he couldn't get his items.
