[SIZE="2"]I'm sorry but this is a no. You get easily upset over small things, and take things way to personal. That would severely affect your ability to deal with rule breakers.
Next time you write an application make sure you use proper English. Words like "cus" and i not as capital makes it look unprofessional. Also a lot of spelling errors are discovered.

You are explaining how you are helpful at the moment, not how you could be helpful. Even when I was 15 and wrote my first app I put more effort than this, back then there was maximum 50 players. I don't doubt you, you're active, you've proven that you don't always pk or stake anymore, but I don't see you help, until I see what you can do, I'll be holding my vote.
Please try to edit your app, think about it more, make it look nice to read.
