Not to be offensive, but this looks like the start of a conversation and you started it with "hey check out my mod app" So they didn't say hey do you happen to have a mod app??, and then you said oh check out my mod app. Just saying.

I think you should wait until you meet the full requirements. If we let someone pass the requirements once, then everyone else would like to skip one of the requirements. I haven't heard of you ingame, either. Give it time, and then apply.
