*Note* *My Opinion*
1. If there are to be new staff then 'Good' and 'Old' moderators are to either be put up to admin or given a rest as staff for a while if they would like so.
2. Moderators that do sod all and just want moderator for the fame and looks of staff member, well then they should either be given another chance or demoted.
