Getting very annoyed with the hole "you don't have the reqs omfg! " that don't matter on how someone helps people but respected i guess.

But to become mod you must have the experience through time and post count.
Most people who don't meet these requirements don't have either the rep to back it up, or enough experience in the game/communicating with the community.
Thats the main reason for the post count and time played reqs.
