Well, it would be nice if you fixed up the grammar\spelling mistakes seeing as this is an APPLICATION. Considering that grammar\spelling is apart of being professional as a staff member it would be preferrable that a high-ranked staff member such as a forum mod has above-average grammar and spelling. The organization of your application shows you are rather organized however. The reasons of why you should be chosen as a forum moderator are too generalized and over-used by most of the community.

Yes, if you view the requirements for forum moderator one of the requirements is being an in-game moderator.
