These are the kind of explanations that i do not like.
So i will keep my vote a 50/50
Everyone wants to help the server, and i don't like the suck up apps, then the people don't follow through with their commitment.
Your explanation was focused to much on what happened to your account.
and sure, a lot of people wouldn't take items.
If you don't mind, redo your explanation to where it focuses more on a more important topic.
I will not give you a topic to use, therefore it is based off of your knowledge and just not a bullshited explanation.
You could be a good moderator, and you could have a bad side.
So try to show us not a suck up side.
I'm not saying you are a suck up, but i have seen you flame in the past.

and haven't you made previous applications?
So tell us why those were declined aswell.
So in conclusion my opinion will stand at a 50/50 undecided.
