I'd check with Britt or an admin before, just because a "guy" said Britt told him it was legal to sell doesn't mean it's true. I'm not trolling or being a prick i just thought it was untradable and you should check.

problem is if u sell it to a non donator, it gets deleted of them, cause i pked a phat, logged out, logged back in and it was gone, cause i wasnt a donator

It won't.. Phats are untradeable, d'hai is tradeable.. Non-donators won't lose it.
I had d'hai b4 update b4 i were donator also, nd you won't lose it.
