The fact that you said anything about being an Admin at another server has nothing to do with your application here.
Crashing other servers while this one is down is just immature.
Also a good amount of your forum posts seem to just be spam not actually worth while.
I do not feel you are mature enough at this time to hold a staff position at SilabGarza.
