So can anyone tell me what it takes to be an Main skiller? I checked Fusion Five's highscores and compared them to mine so is there a certain total level or certain amount of 99s?

They are the most representable skillers, with either maxed out skills or with prestiged and maxed out Xp in that skill. That's all.
