um it's only gone on for 2 days really,
and dont take there shit just fuckin cancel and move to a better host that actually appreciates your business.
and if you stay with this company at least demand some sort of reimbursement such as money back, or possibly a month or so free

Reimbursement sounds like the most sensible course of action; their level of service and support SUCKS
