Imo the problem is the growing time,
You have to wait 30 minutes to get a harvest and you either stay logged in in the meantime or you go offline.
The problem lays here when you go offline you most likely lose the interest to log back in
or when you're logged in, you wanna do something else, but taking out the farming supplies outta the bank every single time gets annoying. Thus this leads to say "fuck doing this farm run"
Farming is just a slow kill and there's not really a way to make it more fun
I'd suggest to either shorten the growtime and the farm xp (which will lead to ppl killing off monks for seeds. The growth time could be like 1 farm run, which enables us to do continous farm runs)
or just increase the xp rate and the growth time (for example 90 minutes, since in 90 minutes you can do way more stuff while being logged in and it won't annoy the ppl when they have to go for a 2nd farm run)
