I will finish my thoughts regarding this thread with the quote from an artical I read recently, "15 Ways to Identify Bad Leaders"

But I think we have enough staff as-is. And too much staff is never a good thing. Keep doing what you're doing and wait 'till we demote a few people so that we don't have like 20 staff on at a time.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Yeah, i understand where you're coming from. there may be 20+ staff members on at once whilst you are on. but when i'm regularly on (like sometime between 5-10pm my time) the server struggles to have a single staff member on. The main staff members that are are on is riska and on occasion slim. i feel i could be an addition that would be of value to the team.[/SIZE][/COLOR]
