I haven't seen you that much in game but I have seen you on the forums since I've returned to SG.
I would say that it's too soon for you to submit an app.
I agree with others when they say your app could use a revamp.
Small feedback, the first line of your explanation of why you should be mod is the thing I thought could be changed or removed.
