i didnt vote no, i just didnt vote at all. i dont think you should be able to quit, then come back and play for a week or two and apply for mod.

You have every single possible quality needed except for the fact that you just came back meaning people should hold their vote to see if your're still around in a month or two. I don't see any reason to give you a no.
