Application:

*Effort: You put absolutely no effort in this application, and it shows for it. The effort you put into an application shows how much respect you have for the position itself, and you demonstrated no respect by doing so. You can tell you quickly typed this up to get your application in.

*Grammar: You didn't even bother with simple grammar. I don't expect perfect grammar from anybody, but you seemed fully unconcerned about it. Just saying, it makes you look really unprofessional as an applicant typing in such a sluggish manner.

*Presentable: The application is overall dull in how presentable it is, the spacing could be better as well. I'm sure asking for a bit of color isn't asking too much either. This is important believe it or not, it shows that you at least CARE.

*Length of Answers: You need to respond with more length, and I'm not just talking about putting a bunch of bullshit. Put some REAL thought into your application, make it into your own.

*Explaining Why You Should Be Hired: I didn't even find a real persuasive reason of why you should be hired throughout that response. Actually talk about the qualities you have as a moderator, your answer is ridiculously generalized. Anybody can help as a player, what you actually bring up to the table is what counts.


Applicant Itself:

*Trolling: You're a wannabe troll, and that is absolutely not a trait of a moderator. You cannot go around trying to "troll" people on the forums and expect to be hired 2 days later as a moderator.


*Criticism: You cannot take criticism at all, every post that gave you a reason you downgraded. Criticism is essential to success, and any good staff member will agree with this. I doubt you could deal with players who flame without throwing a fit yourself.


*Forum Activity: You don't even care about the forums, all you did was post to get a rank in-game. The server needs moderators who actually care about the community.


*Qualities as a Moderator: It's good that you're active, but quality as a moderator is important as well. The server doesn't need a moderator who constantly abuses and is on ALL the time. You can barely take valid criticism, what tells us that you can handle the position of being a moderator?

The list goes on for this application, how can you expect me not take this application seriously?

PS: If you think I'm a troll, kudos to you for not knowing what a troll is.
