Exp Rates: 1k, same as before.
Starter outfit: Full iron, climbing boots, wizard robes (g), iron scimmy, amulet of glory, and obby cape

950 xp, whip and rune def starter with runes for mage + 5 mill to start and 1k food
good idea to above guy, maybe lower the prices of items instead of give items out, let us be able to buy claws with gp for 2 weeks or so and ags.. to get the econmy goin u no? then switch back to old system once theres d claws.. and shit in the game, but for sure reduce prices on items

yah, but dont make shit hard to get for the first month.. we all already lost alot of stuff and since most of us are first ones to play let us be able to get stuff cheaper during the 2 weeks that server startes
