Here's my little argument:
There's only like..10-15 boaters in game, right?
So why are they less than dragon claws? There are hundreds of pairs of claws. They're not rare.
And you'd think if there is an item that only 10-15 people have, wouldn't that item go up in time? No monster drops boaters. 1B is a ridiculous price for such a rare item.

10-15, you can't make such an inaccurate suggestion when you don't even know how exactly they were given out. For all we know, Gir could have gave it to people who donated $5.
Dragon claws are a COMBAT weapon, they can be disputed through PKing, whereas no one would PK with a boater.

Do you see everyone walking around with a boater on their head? No. You see the richer people wearing them around as a sign of wealth.
And this whole discussion about claws being a combat weapon..its bs. It should be around the same price as an ags, because ags's are quite rare even though they may not be as good as claws. Claws are a semi-rare drop but they are very good. So i think both ags and claws should be around 1B.
