Cool, but it's very easy to profit if you know what to do...
And I'd like to suggest that there should be some requirement to be able to bet, like a certain number of activity points or a certain total level so that people can't just make new accounts and dice the starter money.

Fair enough. Another suggestion would be to make it so that the NPC won't accept a bet that's more than half of max cash (> 1073.5m), because if you win a 1.5b bet, you can't hold 3b. The obvious response is "just don't bet 2b" but it could save someone from accidentally adding an extra "0" and betting 2000m instead of 200m.
