Another player and I spent the entire month of June, and part of July judging staff activity based on a point system. Here's a list of the staff that were above you in activity:
They are in order from most -> least active
You were a 6/10, while everyone else was a 7+/10
1) Joshy
2) Chicken Wing
3) Gta
4) Chosen 0ne
5) GoogleSlayer
Every one of them had more activity than you did for the entire month of June, and part of July. So don't say you were more active, because you were not.

I'm not sure how you can judge his activity when he's on more while you're sleeping.
I find him online around 2-3 am my time, which is GMT -5.
However, I'm not going to say activity is irrelevant when it comes to promotions, but the main focus is a person's ability to do their job. In this situation, Derk was found to be more proficient in what he did, and was a more suitable promotion than other moderators.
With time and more practice, other moderators may find them self in the administrator position because of their hard work. It shouldn't be a race to see who can get promoted first.
EDIT: Your judgement system would have worked better if you had each of the staff members screenshot their activity points before and after the time of your evaluation. That way you definitely know who was the most active, not just who is active when YOU are online.[/SIZE][/COLOR]
