There's an issue with the actual hosting of the no-ip (What lets us run the server...) that's preventing thousands of people from logging in.
It should be fixed over night I hope.
It's not something we can help. It's the actual website that allows us to keep the server up.
I apologize for any inconvenience and I'm working hard to get the matter fixed as soon as possible!
