One of the requirements is not to have one.
I also never seen you ingame on the duration of my time playing, and no it wasn't timezones, because I were one of the most actives moderators.

Learn to take some critism, it's what being a moderator is all about.
But considering you just slapped him with a trolling post, when all you had to say was ok, I'll try and upgrade on those certain things. I seriously do not think you're ready no matter how hard you try/help.

If you read the previous post I clearly said I am open for any constructive criticism but that Sir is not. He's telling me that I don't play, why would I apply for Mod if I don't play?, He's telling me that I don't help, Why are there many others that say I do. When it all boils down I am apllying and you may not think I am ready and that's fine, but there are people that do. Shane tell me the truth if someone told you your not everything that you are wouldn't you to set him straight?[/COLOR]

However he said no, you can't go around rage quitting each time someone tells you no, the server needs mature jobs that can take no's as answers.
My reasons is pretty much the same as his, I don't see you ingame.. ever.
I don't see you trolling me with a quote thread, deal with it and move on.
I've not even chose a vote yet, because it's too sudden, change my decision.
