1) Starter Items? 5m cash, 5k of each rune, and maybe 5k iron arrows?
2) Xp Rates? I think they should be the same as before! What was that? 1k i think.
3) Starter Outfit? Full iron, Rune scim, Obby Cape, Str ammy ?

well here's a few ideas, starter items. 100m cash and sharks and like 200 of each rune
exp rates, 600-800
starting armor, stick with the wiz (g)
