yes this is against rules, this kid prolly did ::rules, which has like, never been updated. read the rules you can probably find em on the forums, or ask the staff.
yes this is illegal for both the SELLER and the BUYER.
also @ hazer, this wouldn't even take an hour, i could do this in 10 minutes, no joke.
get the slayer and the combat at the same time, considering he has higher mage than atk tho i would say he started slayer using magic. thieving is the classic "to start with" skill, and hp is easy to get.
literally 10 min to make acc. this would be a serious scam if anyone bought, and the last time ima say this ITS AGAINST RULES.
