I did read it. I know that you would like to experience a trial period before being promoted to moderator, if chosen. The thing is, if you're going to show immaturity such as this, there's no way that I'm going to want you to be a part of the staff team.
You can hold back from flaming someone, it's not impossible. You're supposed to act as if you're a role model, not someone who can't control his actions & feels the need to flame anyone who opposes him. Simple acts like this show that you wouldn't be capable of the helper/moderator position.
