Let the new members prove themselfs by earning a new rank when they deserve it.
For an example : instead of Members or New members : Trainning or Not Worthy
As it goes up the rank gets better and better .
or even have Rank groups following the same order.
I know i didnt go into detail on this one but i'd like it if others also connected
their own idea's to mine. As a clan we could turn this into something. [/COLOR]

Yes thats what i mean for people to get into ranks.
Like leveling pretty much. You pk with us for a certain amount of time
you keep leveling to a greater rank. If you're wel-known so on so on
You guys got the right setup Like Owner - Co - Captains so on so on
Now add more ranks inbetween for new members to work for.
Instead of being a new member there whole time with us or a member
they can be first the lowest rank : unworthy. 2 weeks later they pk with us
every single day and comes on every tripp. New rank : Proven fighter
Over time of pking with us they keep going up and up and up.
Shows all the members their spot with us and that they should respect
those who have earned the rank they worked for.
