I know we've had a past before with clans and things alike but I won't let that be bias towards my decision.
Throughout your career here you haven't shown very much hate nor disrespect to anyone for what I can see.
You've treated people fair, like any normal person should, by my standards at least.
Although I haven't seen much of this trait from you, I sense you can bring a certain sternness to the table.
Finishing off this explanation of my opinion and more or less a conclusion, I feel these characteristics are somewhat of my own.

How could I possibly say no? I've seen you go above and beyond your comfort zone just to help people. You've stayed up all night when I was a mod just because you didn't want me to deal with everything myself. You obviously know just about everything there is to know about the server.
If I was to say no, that would literally be lying to the community saying that you don't deserve this position. You really do deserve this position. One, I know you won't abuse your powers, neglect anyone just because you don't like them, avoid a help call, or resist the rules just because you're more powerful than other players. You're one of those people that others will say "damn, he's still a mod?" I've seen you in a powerful position before, and I know that you're more appropriate for the position than most others. I've seen you handle situations first-hand, I know you can do and will do everything in your power to help, situate, and solve all problems that come into your laps.
You're timing is well. If you're accepted onto the staff team, we will have one hell of a staff team. The staff team we have now is more than exceptional, so adding you couldn't do anything but add to the posterity of SG. You're application was also well-written. I'm not just saying all of this because you're my friend, I'm saying this because I truly mean it. You know of all people I don't enjoy replying to applications like I used to, but when I looked in this section and saw that you applied, I knew I had to. I had to let my opinion be known.
Basically, what I'm trying to say is I'd think you're more than, for lack of a better word, certified for the position. Good luck, Justin. ^^
