To be honest, I was against it at first, but the pros do outweigh the cons. Thus I'd have to agree with the reset being the one thing that could possibly save the server.

So you're accusing everyone for being selfish and thinking about themselves. However, all your arguments are based highly on how you will suffer for everyone else's decision on resetting. Basically, at the moment it is a communal agreement to reset it. Therefore it isn't actually a selfish act. You going against it is quite selfish especially if it is the one thing that can save the server.
