I would say don't give zuriels staff autocast, give master want autocast, but get miasmic blitz/barrage.
Also the lottery shouldn't be that much. Maybe 200m.

Seeing how active your server is/is becoming, you may want to focus on the web development more than the actual server, right now. Seeing as you don't actually have a stable website down, setting that up would be your very highest priority right now.
Having a website can open a gate to many new ideas and activities that basically anyone would enjoy. Perhap's having an integration system using both MSSQL and PHP to intBox the Forum's, Website, and Game all together.
Just food for thought I suppose.
