Like leveling pretty much. You pk with us for a certain amount of time
you keep leveling to a greater rank. If you're wel-known so on so on


You guys got the right setup Like Owner - Co - Captains so on so on
Now add more ranks inbetween for new members to work for.
Instead of being a new member there whole time with us or a member
they can be first the lowest rank : unworthy. 2 weeks later they pk with us
every single day and comes on every tripp. New rank : Proven fighter
Over time of pking with us they keep going up and up and up.
Shows all the members their spot with us and that they should respect
those who have earned the rank they worked for.

How come i have never pked with rml clan (except few pks with 1 or 2 members) and i have been in this clan for about 2 months. My suggestion is to organise more pk trips or events. I dont know how to encourage ppl to be online often.
