On top of abusing his powers and banning, jailing, and muting people that didn't deserve it. He unmuted, unjailed, and unbanned his friends. That's too much abuse for another shot in my opinion. But let's look at the big picture:
Here are some accepted reports, bans, and mutes against Guli:
http://screensnapr.com/e/X1hSgI.jpg - 2 pages of reports involving Guli... That's proof enough just to keep him perm banned.
http://screensnapr.com/e/5BlKgd.jpg - That was last month. He's still abusing glitches, like I said.
http://screensnapr.com/e/9gvPFp.jpg - This wasn't recent, but it is still a demerit against him. He abuses glitches with Crystal Liu ALL the time.
