The fact that this rule has taken into place. This isn't going to stop a lot of the rule breakers as far as ban evading. I can imagine well over half of the amount of account's on the forums' even after this rule was put into place, that there are people continuing to do it.
I doubt people are going to report each other (friends) because there taking sides.
Other than that though, thanks for the rule.
