I'll try and appeal it, though I have no hopes...
I've been trying to log in all day and it says "IP temporarily blocked"

i would just politly explain the situation in an appeal, however you may need to prove your brother also plays which may be difficult

yeah, no way for him to prove if his brother does play unfortunatly, not saying he doesnt but thats probly the way brit will see it
