Do they still apply to all Branches or just the main part.

Primarily, ranks are still ranks in the entire clan. Although, each branch manager can assign their own staff as they see fit.

Exactly. I forgot to say that. Just like he said, they will only have power in that certain branch unless they're promoted in another branch as well (then they'll have powers in both of those branches).[/SIZE][/COLOR]
