If I were to sit here and mention every single one of my skills, this would end up as an essay. Instead I am just going to mention the things that I feel are worth mentioning. [/INDENT]
[INDENT]I love a good challenge and I'm as ambitious and dedicated as they come. I hope to have the chance to prove to you (if I haven’t already), the people of Silabgarza, what an asset I would be as part of the SG staff team as we work in tandem toward a common goal of success. [/INDENT]
[INDENT]One of my biggest strengths is my communication skills. I work very well with all kinds of people, and understand that everyone has different perspectives about certain situations. I know that there are two sides to every story and I have always listened to both sides before taking action. I keep this in mind when working with newer players who may require positive reinforcement and additional attention to help them settle into the Silabgarza family.[/INDENT]
[INDENT]Now of course no one is perfect, not even me. Just like everyone I have my weaknesses which I am trying to improve on. Honestly, I have three major weaknesses. I get frustrated with people who do not take pride in their work and do not perform to the best of their ability. I have trouble multitasking. Being a mod and a helper has really helped me handle many situations simultaneously but there is still room for improvement. At times I have trouble managing my time between SG and real life. As my school is coming to an end and most of my exams are over, managing my time won’t be such an issue in the future. [/INDENT][/COLOR]
