-click on user cp
-on the left side it should say "your profile"
-choose edit your profile picture
-click choose file or go to tinypic.com and upload an image you like to there. Copy and paste the code inside option 1.

This works 100%, but you DON'T need to upload... there is an option to choose a file on your computer. You can also just get a pic from google images and what not, and then copy it. Then the spot it says http:// or whatever, delete that. Then paste it in that box. Then hit apply or save or whatever the shits is, and you should get your pic. I think it has to be 200x200 unless you chose it off of your computer or whatever. Hope this gave you an easier solution.

Anything really, have you seen the one that Justin uses every time for the king of GFX or whatever? Something like that with good lighting.

This doesn't answer the question at all, he's asking how does he get a profile picture, not how to make one and what not.
