Travis and I have some things going on irl that we need to sort out before we deal with SilGar.

UPDATES:
Magic to special attack stacking now works properly.
All blitz spells now have added delays between cast and delay.
V Spear and Dragon Claws now have their proper special gfx.
God capes are now in the sin seer retriever system.
Defense requirements have been added to granite and rockshell armour
all gwd minions now have spawn delays and attacks debuffed to make easier[/SIZE]
