Do you play when most of the staff are off? im on almost 24/7 now, i try to cover days and nights as much as possible as a moderator.

Do you play over the night? like i said, i try to cover days and nights as much as possible.

Are you active on the chatbox: i am active, not as much as others may be, but i am on every now and then

Average of time you play a week: i'd say... 70 - 120 hours a week

Are you active on the forums: extremely, i've always got the forums page open, although my post count may not show it, (im not a super-poster) =p

How long have you played SilabGarza: I've played sense feb. of 2010.

Do you have ANY coding experience: well, for about the past 6 months i haven't really tried coding anything, so i would be a bit rusty, but i have around 4 years experience prior to 6 months or so ago.



Explain why you should be admin (100 words minimum, do not be repetitive): i know i've tried this once before, and it failed miserably, but now i feel is the right time to try again, i know for a fact that i can do this, and all i need is the support of you guys, the anonymous, the friends, the close friends, and the even closer friends. all im asking for is for you guys to support me, to trust me, and to give me a chance, because i KNOW i can do this.

I try to do the best i can for the server, i look out for the players and other staff members, but mainly i focus on making sure i am fair. despite what people may say, i really am fair with my decisions. i try not to punish if people don't know the rules and what not, because those situations say, i yell "spam = mute, 7 seconds per buying/selling message" than someone new logs in and starts with their auto, if i have reason to believe that they didn't know, i would probably give them a warning or a lighter punishment to let them off a bit easier. but i seriously do believe players following the rules is a large problem in silabgarza, i really want to try and fix it. if i tell someone "you cannot use yell for buying/selling items, its spam" its not uncommon for a reply somewhat like "its not in the rules, so i can do it" well, if i'm telling you not to, thats means its probably a rule. and i take that kinda stuff personally, because i want to do my job as best i can. many people think i am a good moderator, some may say im a great moderator, which is what i aim for, i try to do my job without being too harsh, just recently i accomplished a goal of mine, it wasn't on my goals list, but it was to diminish the list of people that dislike/hate me, which i'm very proud of being able to do without sacrificing the quality of my work. i have noticed recently that regardless of how many admins we have, there are commonly only two of them that login, and of course we all understand that our real life problems can restrict our ability to be on as much as we would like, but the amount of time those 2 admins are on, really isn't enough, especially when they're powers that mods do not have, are needed, which normally is on a daily basis. i feel silabgarza needs a more stable staff, including both mods and admins, to keep it running smoothly, and i think that i could be one of the best for the job, because i am on so much, because i care about my job so much, because i care about the players so much. also, some mods see being an admin as a bad thing, because of the restrictions: can't trade, can't fight, etc... but seeing as how those don't really effect me, im not much of a pker and i wouldn't have a need for buying/selling/trading things, i don't see it as a loss of any kind. I see it as what it is, a promotion. recently we hired 7 new moderators, whether we keep them all or not, they are simply everywhere now, and like i previously pointed out, our administrator list is crippled, i really feel that simply, with a chance to show how well i can handle this, will prove that i am right for the job.


Anything else you would like us to know:

i know there are people that have been around longer than I, but comparatively to most players, I've been around a while, I'm very known, i doubt you could find someone thats been playing at least an entire day, and does not know me. I'm very strongly opinionated and try to do my job to the best of my ability, and i take my job both very seriously and personally. as a moderator, i've had to mute my own friends, jail my own friends, and at one time, i even had to ban one of my closest friends, i really do take my job seriously.
