Timezone(GMT +/- ?): I'm not very good with time zones and how they work, I'll just say that Wales is in the U.K as a lot of people don't know.
Do you play when most of the staff are off?: Not necessarily. There may be one or two moderators online in my time zone. I'm probably correct in saying that most aren't online when I am though.
Do you play over the night?: As long as I don't have college or work the following morning, yes.
Are you active on the chatbox: Not really, the only time I see people in the chatbox is when the server is offline, so I don't really see the need to be in the chatbox as the server is offline for only a few minutes at a time.
Average of time you play a week: Honestly, I don't keep track. Easily 6 hours a day minimum.
Are you active on the forums: I would think so yes.
How long have you played SilabGarza: I'm not sure of exact dates, but I'm pretty positive just over the minimum requirement of 3 months.
Do you have ANY coding experience: Sadly no.
Explain why you should be mod (100 words minimum, do not be repetitive): Basically, I pretty much have this type of lifestyle in the real world. I'm a T.A (Teacher's Assistant for those of you who don't know what T.A means). I spend a lot of my time around other people which ask countless questions repeatedly. This type of job requires that you treat all children equally, that you have an enormous amount of patience, and that you have passion for it. Although most of the players here are slightly older than the children I care for, the method is exactly the same.
I also have a great deal of moderating experience in other servers. As this is a large server, experienced staff are required to control the vast amount of players.
Anything else you would like us to know: As I said above, I have been a moderator on other servers also. So you can all understand how we worked on that server and how organised we were, I have found the personality requirements we were given.
The owner, Matthew, made sure that all of his staff members not only knew how they should act, but made sure that they would in practice.
These are the guidelines we were given, suitably named 'The Three P's'.
PERSPECTIVE - Now that you are a member of my staff team, it does not make you any more important than another player. When someone needs help from you, no matter how insignificant the request may seem, you MUST comply. Learn the difference between sympathy and empathy and you will never see yourself as a higher being.
PATIENCE - You now have a lot more responsibilty than you ever had, and you must control it. The responsibility in question is the players of my server. If you lack the ability to control your own emotions, then you have no hope of controling theirs. Patience is the key to taking control of any harmful situation.
PRACTICE - If you do not work hard at something, you will never become what you aspired to be in the first place. You have proven to me that you want to be a part of my team, now prove to me that you're willing to work hard enough to stay.
As you can see, we all took the position quite seriously and I would act in no other way in SilabGarza.

Thank you for the support, maybe when I am more confident that I would be able to keep my emotions and SG seperate, I will persue this again. I don't have the ability to use ::yell so that may be why you never see me helping. I'm not one to sit at home or Catherby either. I look around in other places for players.
