jagex terminated the no-ip, not a clue how they found out about it but for now just use the servers main ip which is
184.105.208.253
to login to the server, at the top of your client
choose Server->Change Server-> 184.105.208.253
i'm going to release the fixed client that will connect to the correct ip address soon along with fixed webclient
EDIT: webclient fixed, reload it
EDIT: downloadable client fixed, redownload and reextract
edit: if you can't, dont want to; download the fixed version of client, heres simple guide on how to use the old client
