How long have you played SilabGarza: I've been a dedicated member since Summer of 2008. Good ol' wyvern! Played under a different name though back then. I bought a 360 soon after, so I didn't play too much for a while. Few months ago I got back on the server. I guess Gir had some problems with the law (lols) but I kept checking up on the server and luckily one day it came back on! I was very happy
Been playing ever since and I'm on for hours each day.Do you have any coding experience: Yes I have basic coding knowledge. Mainly editing already-made server sources.
Have you been in a staff position on any other server, if so, which server: I've been staff in numerous servers from moderator all the way up to co-owner and owner. I've owned my own server, which had a usual 10-15 members online at all times. It was pretty successful, but after about 2 months of being up I started to get 25+ members on the server. I couldn't hold that many people, so I had to shut it down. I've been mod, admin, and co-owner on other servers as well. If you want to know the server addresses to those, then just let me know. I don't want to advertise any servers.
How would you handle an SYI: If the server doesn't have an SYI blocking code, then you look through the Run.Bat to find the IP address, edit the banned IPs document, copy and paste the IP of the SYI'er, save, and restart server. However, if I'm not the host I'd IP Ban, IP mute, ban, mute. Whatever I can do basically. Fortunately this server is SYI-protected, so there shouldn't be any need to worry about SYI's.
How would you handle a Spammer: It all depends on the severity of the spamming. If it's intentional spamming, then ONE warning and then mute. If it's not intentional then a warning first, then jail.
Do you follow the server AND forum rules: Yes. I'm always following and enforcing them to other members.

- I do not promote nor do I cause any drama
- I am constantly helping people whether it be answering a question through ::message to walking someone through a quest
- I have never broken a rule or been in trouble with staff for any reason
- I always report rule breakers and inform staff about any issues
- I always enforce the rules to members
- I vote, and tell others to vote too.
- I play on the server everyday for 6+ hours each day
- Am well known for being someone who will help with anything. Thb, I have about 10 people on my friends list who always PM me asking for help. Probably because they know i'm helpful? ;p
- I am very active on the forums. All my posts are NOT spam.
- I have been playing SilabGarza since 2008
- I've stuck with SilabGarza through thick and thin. Even when something happens that I don't agree with or like (ex. being scammed, died, bad update, server reset, etc) I have never quit or made a fuss over it. The owner allows us to play on this server. I don't think there's any need to "rebel" or "act out". I think it just shows a great act of immaturity.
- I have a very level head and can keep my cool through stressful situations. If you know me in real life, I'm a very laid back kind of guy. I don't let things get to me.
