i find i get most of my money from pvm since pvp is pretty much all lucky veng hits and ags specs
so getting dharok is really helpful for gwd and stuff like dag kings where the monster doesnt hit you 
i also got lots of stuff from wyvs and otha assorted stuffff like mith drags, etc. it all adds up eventually haha
