Head Admins + can host events & kick inactive players
Head Mod + can host skilling events
Co-Owner + can demote & premote staff
Director + has all the powers of Head Admin+ but can put that player into a staff position if they deserved it.

(Events are to be limited to a maximum of 1/2 per week, and that they are only meant to be skilling event such as hide and seek & a skilling place, 1st person to get a ammount of exp in a skill and someone to get a certain skilling object/item.)
