Ok first I KNOW it should be posted in clans but i dont think any1 is going to see it. So what is Silab Police? Well we go around SilabGaraza targeting newbies and giving 10mill. A 10mill Welcome bonus if you will. (unfortunately due to Girs 10min newbie trade restriction its a bit hard!) It dosent have to be newbies and 10 mill it can be Gir himself and giving him 10000mill (Which is extremely unlikely(Sorry gir
)). It is also best to encourage the recipient to vote and get 25mill daily and explaining how if they dont already know. However there is another side. being Silab Police also enforce the laws of Silab Graza and this is the way it works.The Police member Reports the Offender and tells him what he is accused of doing. from there it is reported to the mods to analyse. Its best to get a screen shot (by using the screen shot feature) to screen and save in case evidence is needed.
If you want to join just join the clan at any time. (MODS AND ADMINS ARE TOTALLY WELCOME AS WELL AS PLAYERS) to join type /join Silab Police.
So join the community in what i like to call not so random event and police the laws of Silabgarza. (dont forget to vote for the topic and SilabGarza @ 25MILLVOTE.tk) .

Anyway; it's a good basis for a suggestion, but some things your said I Don't agree with. As for this being a clan.. bad idea, players won't like other players telling them what to do just because they make a clan.
