To make my application more structured and easier to read I divided it in some points. I hope you enjoy reading.
Timzones & countries.
So the first point is Time zones. Time zones are something that is minor for the average Silabgarza player, but it is not for me. Time zones are a very important point because we can say there are 3 zones used: The American zone (+/- -7GMT), Mid-European zone ( +2 GMT), Asian/ Australian zone ( +8 GMT). I divided it in 3 zones because we need to keep thinking about, sleep, school hours,… For this point I think I should be mod not only because there are not much active staff members in my zone but also because I have other schedules than, for example the British, I got other holidays etc. which make me be online on different times and I think we really need a mod around my time zone because as I’m only 15 years old, I have plenty off time to spend at my computer.

Qualifications.
To be honest this is a point nobody but I can know. I know, or think that I have the skills to moderate. I try to show them with helping, mm’ing, etc. which are the only things I can really do. Apart from real life, I also think I have the experience in game to be able to handle various questions as ‘Where can I train crafting/ slayer?,… Can you help me with this clue?,.. I just feel I could do more for this server than stand at home helping players or mm’ing stakes (not that I don’t love to do those.), making suggestion threads (http://sg-forum.info/showthread.php?p=891905#post891905) ,....
Grammar & vocabulary.
Yes, mates, I do realise my grammar and vocabulary are not the best. The excuse is that I’m not English, and that point I’d like to talk about.
First of all I think that my grammar and vocabulary are well enough to have a decent conversation in English and I would also be able to help people just like any other mod.
Maybe speaking foreign languages is not a good point, but it could help. I could talk to Dutch and Belgians in their language which might make them feel more at home in this server. (Maybe the French Canadians a bit to because I can speak a little French.)
So, I hope I have convinced you all now, see you guys in game/ forums.
Morals.
Morals are also a very important point for me, I would handle situations good because it’s not only the ::rules, it are also my morals: You do not scam, you do not flame,.. You just don’t do that.
Also for people with powers there are morals, I would never abuse as I know the most things are just as bad as scamming and such. Also a lot of people say some off the appliers are ‘power-hungry’. This would not be the case with me because I don’t see those powers as real powers, I see them as abilities to do my job correctly, just because they are necessary.
Anything else you would like us to know:
NOTE: I do realize I have a cup off infractions, that was because in the past I failed to handle forums correctly but since my last ban, I’ve used the forums correctly like it should be.
So I hope you all give me a chance to serve this server, and I look forward to see you all in game.

After reading what you wrote, I suppose it could be an added benefit to staff to have those who speak more than 1 language. I also like how you structured you application, as that shows you can be "professional" when you need to be.
I feel like you could handle the position pretty well.
